"Caity is absolutley top notch when it comes to personal programming. I love how easy she makes it to understand & how she teaches both PT & has a background in pilates. If I have a question about nutrition, she has an answer, if I'm doing something wrong in a movement she is there to help & correct. When I get discouraged with an exercise, she is there to help me push past any boundaries & move forward. The most important thing I've learned working with Caity isn't just muscle activation & working for a bigger butt (which is so rewarding when you've finally earned it) I have gotten so much more self confident with holding my own in the gym & lifting properly. Caity is always happy to help me reach my goals & boost me when I get lazy & even gave me meal recipes!! I seriously can't thank her enough for what she has helped me achieve in the time we have worked together. And of course for making the GYM more fun!!

"I had already lost around 30 pounds and reached a plateau. I was looking for a coach to help me lose the stubborn fat, manage my nutrition properly and most importantly get into a habit of working out.
I immediately loved her approach in our introductory phone calls. I didn’t want a written-out nutrition plan with the exact meals I am supposed to eat. I wanted to experiment with what I am eating and make it more of a lifestyle than a “diet plan”. Caity provided me a with overall nutrient and calorie guidelines. She suggested healthier versions of products I liked. At the end of the program, I feel confident about choosing the right things for me. I know how much food my body really needs. Even on the days I eat out or don’t eat the healthiest of meals I am able to naturally stick to my portion sizes.
Going through the workouts given by Caity was a GAME CHANGER. I wasn’t the biggest fan of cardio and I loved lifting weights. She incorporated exercise that got my heart rate up but also got me stronger at the same time. I could constantly see myself getting stronger and better. My body shape changed in ways I never thought was possible. Now every time I miss a couple of days of workout, I can see myself feeling a little crappy and wanting to go to the gym. I never thought I could be motivated to work out on my own and Caity made it happen.
She checked in with me every week. She worked with me on exercises that felt too hard. I had an injury (not related to the workouts) during our program and she catered the workouts accordingly. She even gave me at home workouts for days I was traveling and couldn’t go to the gym. I was interested in learning about intermittent fasting, she guided me through that as well. She sent me useful products, recipes. She was always reachable via texts, calls. She always got back to me when I had random questions outside of our weekly calls. She was a true coach and I am extremely happy to have worked with her.”
