I originally moved to LA to pursue a career in modeling
- I was constantly "chasing skinny"
- Exercising only to burn calories
- Eating an extremely restricted diet
After years of trying to make it, I hit my breaking point & decided to change my career path
I transformed my body - adding over 15lbs of lean muscle mass.
I started lifting heavy, focused on my performance in the gym rather than aesthetics, learned new training techniques, and started having fun with my workouts again.
I completely changed my relationship with food... eating to fuel my body rather than restrict.
